IN-HOUSE SERVICES

Thorough check-ups and preventive care can help alleviate serious health problems. Because of the short lifespan of our pets, we stress the
importance of an annual physical examination. We offer a wide range of veterinary services to keep your companions feeling their best:

AFTER HOURS EMERGENCY CARE: Call 732-842-8266 for instructions. We're here 24/7 for you.

ACUPUNCTURE: Acupuncture has been used for thousands of years. It consists of inserting thin, sterile, stainless steel needles into a patient at
precise locations to alter the body’s biochemical and physiological properties. Acupuncture helps the body heal itself and may help decrease the
dosage of a pet’s pain medication that may have unwanted side effects such as liver damage, nausea, and decreased appetite. It can alleviate
symptoms associated with musculoskeletal, neurological, respiratory, ocular and gastrointestinal disorders as well as chemotherapy. Both
Dr. Yacowitz and Dr. Scott Kilcullen are certified acupuncturists.

ANESTHESIA:
We utilize the safest available anesthetics to provide an extra margin of safety, especially for our older or high-risk patients.
Using the most modern equipment, the patient's vital signs are monitored during all anesthetic procedures.

BEHAVIORAL COUNSELING: We can provide advice regarding the correction of problems such as excessive barking, chewing, spraying,
scratching, digging, house soiling and aggression.

BOARDING: We provide pet boarding as a service to our clients. All boarders receive personal attention from our caring staff. We have runs
with heated floors for older pets. Pets may be dropped off and picked up during regular business hours Monday through Saturday.
