Dr. Yacowitz, owner of Little Silver Animal Hospital since 1986, grew up in Ohio and then moved to "rural" New Jersey. He loves the animal hospital because it never gets boring—it’s different every day. In his spare time, he likes to fish, garden, ski, travel, scuba dive and watch TV—even confesses to being a Simpson fan.
Dr. Yacowitz lives nearby with his wife and has two children (a chef and actress), three dogs, two cats, chickens and a five-foot iguana named Marvin.

Dr. Scott Kilcullen is from the mid-West. He and wife Stacey, live in Ocean Township with their daughter, and son, two cats, Jordan and Oreo and dog, Pryor. Scott loves surgery, playing cards and is an avid spectator and supporter of all sports.
DR. STACEY KILCULLEN

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine, Ross Vetinary School, St Kitts, West Indies
• Internship in surgery, Fort Wayne, Indiana and Purdue University College of Vetinary Medicine

Dr. Stacey Kilcullen has traveled a long way to get here. She grew up in New York, went to school in Missouri, Florida, West Indies (where she met Scott) and Illinois. They have two children and in her rare spare time, she likes to spend time with her family, play cards and shop.
DR. JEFFREY IZZO
Dr. Izzo is a long-time "New Jerseyan." He and his wife, Dr. Linda Tortoriello, owned the Shrewsbury Animal Hospital for many years, and share their home with Phoebe, a Chihuahua. Now he likes to work part-time so he can fly planes and go sailing.
He also has a serious interest in motorcycles and classic cars. He and Dr. Yacowitz were classmates at the University of Parma which means we are often witness to trips down memory lane and some butchered conversations in Italian.
DR. CLAUDIA REGAN
Dr. Regan is another true New Jersey native. She is a relief vet who works here on Fridays (and we are always glad to see her) as well as filling in when needed. We like the zip she brings to the practice as well as her reports on her life outside the veterinary field. She lives with her husband Ivan, two Golden Retrievers named Pickles and Olive, and a cat named Stella.
Claudia earned her undergrad degree at Colorado State University. After that she went for a year of veterinary medicine study at the University of Dublin School of Veterinary Medicine and another year of animal science studies at Colorado State University. Her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine (Cum Laude!) is from Tuskegee University School of Veterinary Medicine.
