LISA DOWNING, Groomer

Lisa, a LSAH staff member since 1988, was probably still doing homework when she came to us through an ad in the Asbury Park Press. Her love of animals began when, as a young girl, she was given her first horse. Lisa started at LSAH as a technician and rose through the ranks from kennel technician to surgery and then went to grooming school. From there, Lisa has built her business and reputation. We are very proud to have a groomer of Lisa\\\'s caliber at Little Silver Animal Hospital and in addition to being an excellent groomer ,her experience as a technician gives her an advantage in being able to pick up on medical problems. Lisa and her husband live on a nearby farm with 23 cats, 12 rabbits, 2 ducks, 14 chickens, 4 dogs, 10 turkey vultures and three horses. Lisa does grooming by appointment and is here from 8:15 am - 4 pm every day, except Wednesday.

Let us pamper your pet and return them smelling great and feeling good. Professional
grooming should begin after their first rabies vaccine. This will help them become
more accustomed to being groomed on a regular basis and also help with
socialization skills and teach them how to be handled which will make office

benefit from grooming and come home not only smelling great but
feeling great, too. If you think your dog needs to be sedated for grooming
just ask, we're here to help. And when you bring your pet in to be groomed
